Flows + X Pipe

Hey guys
How would 40 series flows and a mac x pipe sound?
Some people tell me chambered mufflers + x pipe sounds horrible.

i dont see how they can call it crap.. i have bbk o/r X and 40 series 2 chamber.. thing sounds really good.. i like it over most.. except magnaflow of course go for it

A STOCK 5.0 sounds good... It's very hard to make a 5.0 sound bad... if it can even be done...

I have a bbk x-pipe and cat back flowmaster exhaust (40 series mufflers) sounds killer.

I like the combo of an X with chambered mufflers on the 4.6, as well as the 5.0. It comes close to getting the best of both worlds (exotic and muscle sounds).

I have 2 chamber flows with a offroad X-pipe and it sounds mean as hell, especially when you get on it and in the upper RPMs.

i bought a mac xpipe and traded it for an H pipe. anyways, the kid i traded it to, he put it on and it sounds awesome
he has FMS headers, mac X and 2 chamber flows and it sounds cool
its a little quieter than the H was but its a higher picthed sound. Uppeer RPMS kinda of has smooth roar, hard to describe but there is a difference b/w the X and H. we like the new sound.

I have a BBK X and flows and i like the way it sounds. I have heard from other people that they like the way it sounds also. I don't think you would be unhappy.

I have FMS Headers, a Bassani Cat X Pipe, and 2 Chambered Flows Cat back. The car sounds very good, although it wouldnt hurt if it were a touch louder.

I have the same thing except MAC shorties. Mine sounds good but is VERY QUIET. It was louder with the factory exhaust. This car is an AOD though.

When I originally did the exhaust I tried 3 Chambered Flowmasters and it was like having the Stock Exhaust on, so after a week or so I switched to the 2 Chamber Flows Cat Back and it sounds much better, needs to be just a bit louder to be perfect, I dont know maybe some spintechs or something. BTW if I downshift coming up on a stop sign or red light it sounds awesome.
