as for diff., i forget what the stock cover looks like, but i think you remove the cover to drain, re-install cover, and remove the top bolt in the rear of the Diff. facing the driveshaft and fill until fluid leaks out. i think thats how if my memory serves me.

Sounds right to me. There are aftermarket diff covers you can get that have drain holes in them. Be prepaired, used gear oil smells worse then any other oil I've come in contact with so far.
