Okay I'm new to the 4.6 game I got an 03 GT vert 5 speed I'm building on the cheap I've been stacking up parts off of craigslist and eBay. This is what I've got so far, k&n cai bbk 75mm throttle body professional products 75mm plenum bbk under drive pulleys stainless works 1 5/8 long tube headers with high flow cats and X pipe and a sct x 3 hand held tuner and Ford racing 373's my question is what type of numbers should I expect after I install all of this the heads are stock. Thanks for your input.

The longtubes with exhaust will give you the biggest gains. Somewhere in the neighborhood of 35 - 40 HP.
