Fog light install on a 95 vert

Ok, so I look under the car and there are the brackets and foglight harness wires right next to the slots where the foglights should be. I assume under the center console there is also the connector. Besides the switch is there a fuse or relay missing in the fuse box that I need to install?

Yep, the '95 V6 Mustangs were fully wired for fog lights even though Ford didn't offer them as an option.

Besides the switch (P/N F4ZZ-15A214-A), you need a relay (P/N F0AZ-14N089-A) that goes into the underhood fuse box too.

Is there a harness under the hood or is it just ther wire under the console and the relay
