Follow Up to Spark Plug Issue

Well,

For those who don't know, I removed my plug, cleaned & anti-seized, and then reinstalled a while back. See thread here: http://forums.stangnet.com/showthread.php?t=745375

Well It's been 1,487 miles since did the procedure and I wanted to check on them. Therefore, I pulled the number 1 plug (the one I had the most resistance during the initial procedure) and it came out without ANY resistance and looked rather good. This is what it looks like:
