If you have a Roush Mustang it has a number in the door right...

If you build a clone can you have it serialized by meeting a certain specification...I guess that would be the same for like a Saleen or Steeda. Does it have to be a certain number of modifications? I want a Roush but for the money I feel I can do more to my car and not have to switch cars.

I can't stand when people badge a car all up for something it is not. I am willing to spend the extra money to get the Roush parts and make it right.

You quote "I can't stand when people badge a car all up for something it is not. I am willing to spend the extra money to get the Roush parts and make it right."??? Well if you don;t buy the car directly from Roush or have Ford send it to Roush before you take delievery of the vehicle it doesn't matter if you buy all the Roush parts to make it right because in all reality it not. You were very correct in that in the VIN if you ever have to look it up it will say that the vehicle is a Roush mustang. I have a 98 cobra and by looking at it you would say damn thats a sweet ass Roush cobra (VERY RARE) and whats even better is that its painted chameleon....I have the ground effects, wheels, emblems, sticker on front windshield, I even have the ashtray delete kit and the emblem in the center console near the shifter but the car is not a REAL Roush...though like you want I did buy the parts from ROUSH and put them on...do i call the car a Roush...yes and no... i mean its a roush to me and the feeling of doing all this yourself has a very big sense of pride to it but it was not made or did not come from Roush so its not 100% authetic. SO back to your quote you cant stand when people badge a car all up for something it is not...well that's exactly what you are talking about doing. I have pics of my car if you would like to see them, you are welcome to email me at roush2198@yahoo.com. I am in no way trying to put you down but I think you should just watch what you say or how you say it. Just thought I would put my 2 cents in
