A racing in San Diego for a customer, car was bought new in 1991 and driven to JBA where work was done (have all receipts). I acquired it in 1995 with 40000 miles on it

TFS Heads, pocket port, gt40 upper plenum, gt40 lower plenum, engle cam, shorty headers, 2.5 Exhaust, underdrive pulley, Alum water pulley, adj pressure reg, throttle body, 67 mm spacer,
T-5 Comp plus shifter, ring & pinion (373), rear tower brace, rollbar, subframe connectors (welded), Interior rocker plate, control arm kit, lowered 1.5 front and rear, strut brace, quad koni shocks, 1.6 roller rocker,8.8 pin bearing, tower brace,
eibach mustang capri kit, Alpine Stereo (2 amps) 6 speakers and subwoofer (1 amp)

What has been replaced as needed

Cylinder Head valve job, fuel pump (190 lph), 130 amp 1 wire alt, performance clutch, rocker arms, hydraulic lifters, water pump, smog pump, starter, stereo receiver recently upgraded,
just replaced injectors (accel)

Air conditioning still blows cold and I just finished a run to JBA racing in San diego from Reno and it still runs solid.

Why the car is 12000 dollars - has ~190000 thousand miles and needs some routine maintanance to bring it back to new condition

suspension - shocks (quad 333 - adj koni kit 725) / coils (Eibach kit - 300), control arm bushings (just replace control arms) 300 front - 160 rear , rack and pinion (250),
engine - I would just buy a 350+HP 302 short block (1200) and eventually rebuild existing block. current compression when last checked was withing 5% between cylinders
exhaust system - original since build

Note : prices parts only no labor

In todays dollars it would take at least 25000 to build this car from stock. And a stock car in this condition is at least 12,000. This car has always been garaged and all the miles were highway miles when I was commuting between Reno, San Jose and Newport Beach. Used this as a road car, car hit 190000 miles in 1999 when I went to a diesel truck. It has been sitting in my garage in reno, Nv since 1999 and I am selling the house along with my other cars.
