Yes i realize this is the wrong forum, but u guys said it was ok for me to hang around here still . I figured some might be interested in my results with the 03 cobra.

Well i went to new england dragway on sunday. It was pretty cool and the track was treated very well.

I ran it 3 times on street tires, and two times on charlies(onebad95) BFG DR's.

My best street tire time was a 12.051@ 119.19 w/ a 1.962 60ft

My best on DR's was a 11.675@119.89 w/ a 1.773 60ft

I had one 120mph pass. Ive only had the car for a week and havent mastered shifting it yet(6spd much more different then t5). So these times were with no powershifting. I think theres more in it, maybe 11.40s or less. Time will tell on that.

Overall im very happy with it. This car is truly amazing, with only a few bolt ons u can have all that power. And still have amazing street manners.

Just thought id give you all an update! I will be running it ONE more time this season, maybe we can settup a date that all the northeastern guys can make it up...

I dont even wanna be running it with 18s...All I can think is somethings gonna give or worse the infamous "bang" and its dead with my stock rear.....

Congrats on the times! I'm taking mine to the track either tonight or tomorrow night. I don't think I'll be anywhere near your times Jesse , but hopefully I can get a good baseline. There's a friend of mine locally who's taunting me -- he is bragging that he will beat me with his 130k 5.0L notchback, he's already run 12.9 in it and he's got 25 more rwhp this time. Grrrr. I almost decided to grab a Predator and 2.93 pulley today No sense playing fair...

12.0 is impressive. The 60' time is even more impressive on street tires with that much power at your disposal.

Put slicks and a solid rear in it and you're looking at solid 10's.
