Is the best way to undo a Ford electrical connector is to use two little screwdrivers to lift the clip arms and then pull the connector apart? It is dificult to lift them enough to get them over the bump without breaking a clip wing. Is there any better way?
Thats how I've always done it. They are 20+ years old. Chances are they will break. Most of them will stay snapped together without the clips, and if not, you can use a ziptie to hold them together.
