Ford lighting 90mm air meter

I just my ford lighting 90mm air meter today. can I use it on my 2002 mustang gt
with only K&N FIPK 2 , bbk 75mm TB and C&L . I have SCT so I can tune it

Do I have to have SC or Turbo to use it ?

I had one and it didnt do really anything to my car and MPH (Tim Barth) said he doesnt use anything but stock and told me to get rid of my 80mm C&L MAF kit.

you can use it, but it won'tbenefit you. the stock meter is better for your current power level.
