Ford Racing Exhaust System???

What do you guys think of the Ford Racing Exhaust System??? How does it sound with an o/r x-pipe? I heard it flows better than stock and isnt to loud which is what im looking for..

There was a thread on this a few days ago that had the sound clip of the combo you've described. Should still be around.

Otherwise, great system...OEM quality ( ), great fit, no drone and with the stock mid-pipe it's somewhere between stock and Flowmaster in volume; nice rumble too. Ford Racing claims it flows "7-10% better than the stock system", whatever that's worth...

I don't know if its the kit you are talking about, but if its the one I heard on a car in person its very quiet. He had a stock mid pipe and it was almost the same as stock. I'd go with magnaflow if you wanted a quieter sounding ehxaust, they have some nice mellower sounding set ups.
