Ford Racing M-3075-D Front Lower Control Arm Kit

I am about to install these on my '97 Cobra. My LF lower control is having issues. I was also thinking of installing the Tokico Handling Kit w/ Illumina 5-Way Adjustable Shock/Strut Combo and springs. Is anyone running this setup? I am also replacing whatever bushings I can with Energy Suspension Urethane bushings. Any tips/wisdom on these parts or the work to swap them?

When you do the control arms, do one side at a time...To keep the rearend from swinging backwards, because it will want to, place the stock sissor jack between the little rubber bumper in the wheel well and the caliper...This will allow you to keep the axle where it needs to be so you can line the holes back up again...That or you can have a 2nd person help you push the axle back into place...I just think it's easier to use the jack...I've had my control arms disconnected 4 times now so I have the practice down pretty good...
