I got mine on ebay.25 and it was a copy and its time stamped.worth its money and them some.mine is an 03/04 Ford service manual its 8g of memory

Or I could just go on the OASIS website and get the info and copy and paste it. What exactly are you looking for, just the removal procedure? What motor do you have, overhead valve or overhead cam?

This is a two part process. The overall procedure looks relatively simple but it refers you to another section for the compressor manifold and tube assembly and thats its own twenty something step process to remove. I think itd be easier for you to look at on a DVD disc on your comp because heres the exact copy and paste and Im sure its not helpful. Like I said theres a seperate process that needs to be done to get it out and thats rather lengthy in it own right. If this isnt something that needs to be done in the next couple of days PM me and Ill send you a service manual DVD. If you need it done right away let me know and Ill try to post all the sections up with the ford pics provided. Ill post the tube assembly removal in a seperate post.

NOTE: If installing a new A/C compressor, the A/C clutch disc and hub (19D786), A/C compressor pulley (19D784) and A/C clutch field coil (19D798) must be inspected and transferred from the old unit to the new unit if suitable for reuse.

NOTE: Installation of a new suction accumulator is not required when repairing the air conditioning system except when there is physical evidence of system contamination from a failed A/C compressor or damage to the suction accumulator.

Remove the compressor manifold and tube assembly (19D734). For additional information, refer to Compressor Manifold and Tube Assembly — 3.0L (4V) in this section.
Remove the accessory drive belt (8620) from the A/C compressor pulley.
NOTE: Move the A/C compressor toward the rear of the engine and remove the A/C compressor through the battery junction box mounting location.

Remove the A/C compressor.
Remove the four bolts.
Remove the A/C compressor.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
If a new A/C compressor is to be installed, the clutch assembly must be transferred from the old unit to the new unit. For additional information, refer to Clutch and Clutch Field Coil in this section.
If filtering of the refrigerant system is not to be performed, lubricate the refrigerant system with the correct amount of clean PAG oil or equivalent. For additional information, refer to Section 412-00.
Install new O-ring seals lubricated in clean PAG oil or equivalent.
If filtering of the refrigerant system is not to be performed, evacuate, charge and leak test the refrigerant system. For additional information, refer to Section 412-00.

Heres the tube assembly removal. This one has more pics which probably wouyld help you out a lot. Like I said, if this isnt working for you, let me now if you want me to send a disc or I can try and figure a way to post it in order with the pics.

Recover the refrigerant. For additional information, refer to Section 412-00.
Remove the engine cooling fans. For additional information, refer to Section 303-03.
Raise and support vehicle. For additional information, refer to Section 100-02.
Drain the cooling system. For additional information, refer to Section 303-03.
Remove the lower radiator hose, reservoir supply hose, and the radiator lower tube bolt.

Disconnect the following:
A/C pressure switch.
Catalyst monitor sensor.
Push pin from the bracket.

Disconnect the A/C clutch electrical connector.

Lower the vehicle.
Remove the radiator upper tube bolt, and disconnect the radiator vent tube.

Disconnect the upper radiator hose and engine vent hose.

Disconnect the oxygen sensor connector retainer and harness pin-type retainer.

Remove the two bolts, and remove the radiator tube assembly.

Disconnect the compressor manifold and tube assembly peanut fitting from the condenser (19712).
Discard the O-ring seal.

Disconnect the pressure cutoff switch electrical connector.
Lower the vehicle.
Detach the wiring harness.

Loosen the bolt and disconnect the compressor manifold and tube assembly (19D734) from the A/C compressor (19703).
Discard the O-ring seals.

Disconnect the compressor manifold and tube assembly spring lock coupling from the suction accumulator (19C836). For additional information, refer to Section 412-00.
Discard the O-ring seals.

Remove the compressor manifold and tube assembly.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
Lubricate the refrigerant system with the correct amount of clean PAG oil or equivalent. For additional information, refer to Section 412-00.
Install new O-ring seals lubricated in clean PAG oil.
Fill the engine cooling system. For additional information, refer to Section 303-03.
Evacuate, leak test, and charge the refrigerant system. For additional information, refer to Section 412-00.
