I just got of the phone with ford warranty dept. and they said my car was no longer covered under the extended manifold warranty.My car is a 2000 model and the vin# shows that the start date is march,2001.Ford told me that the program was cancelled in Dec.2005 .I thought that was when the court made its ruling final.

Upper intake (Plenum???) because thats only 109... I just bought one...and trickflows other lower/upper intake thing thats out is like 700...
