ford truck guys--Help!

What the flip do you call the box that lifts the spare tire up under the truck bed? You put the long handle into the plastic intake and it lets the cable down, etc? I can't find the name of the thing to order a new one! I am trying to find a diagram of it online, but no luck...
any help would be appreciated,

I'm not sure which piece of the assembly you need, exactly, but this should help. This is from a 2006 F150, but 2004-2008 should be the same. You should be able to get one less expensively through a salvage yard or a you-pull-it, rather than going through a dealer for it. You might be able to find one on ebay motors, too.

thanks, I will look into this. Mine has a wire that rachets up and down to hold and raise the tire. This doesn't look like it, but I will see.
