They are bringing in the some former big shot (I think he was the CEO) from Boeing that restructured Boeing and brought them out of the same problems that Ford currently has. They are giving him a $16 million dollar signing bonus and paying him $16 million for the first year!! No wonder they're frickin out of money!

Maybe the Cross-Over segment will be the next big thing? Because the day of the Explorer is definently done now.

that's not the case. Look how high FoMoCo is ranked in quality. Especially Mercury. Ford's problem is the UAW and the current lack of fuel efficient cars that people actually want. Their biggest problem is the lack of "American Pride" in the buying public.
