Alright, I'm trying to figure out whether these are forged pistons or not. I'm not sure what year the motor is, I THINK it's a 92' but I don't want to guess at it. I want to know for sure whether they are forged or not. They have TRW stamped on the inside on one side, and then a "k" stamped on the other side.

I'm pretty sure those are forged. I believe all the forged pistons in the 5.0's had the TRW stamp. My 92 motor had the same ones.

What do the piston tops look like? From the photo, the letters look more like a raised casting than a stamping.
