Forged rotating assembly install

I am planning on forging the bottom end of my 4.6 soon. Is there anyone in the Portland/metro area that could install a balanced assembly from VT? Or should I just get a complete shortblock and have it installed?My engine only has 25k on it.I am also planning on stage 2 heads and blower cams at the same time if that makes a difference.
