My friend ownes a wrecking yard and he got a 94/95 mustang 3.8 converted to a 5.0 5speed from a 92 mustang. Mass air is working and car runs good and it sounds like it has a wicked cam in it. Some guy needed money so he brought it to my friend and sold it to him I don't know how much he paid but he said if he could sell it for $1400 cdn he would if not he will part it out. The only thing wrong is the hood has a chunk missing from the front and the airbags are deployed. If anyone is interested I got pics and a small video of it running but I will have to wait to go to my G/F's and upload them cause my computer sucks and will barley let me on stangnet.
The car is green with Black/tan int a few dibg's and scrapes but a solid foundation for a DD or a track progect. If I had the funds I would take it. I was checking out the heads to see if they were gt40's and they were just the stock e7's and stock headers.

It sounds like it has a huge cam because whoever put it together seemed to do a hackjob.

I'd avoid it, that one has headache written all over it, and yes the rear will need to be swapped out at some point. The V6 stock rear end is smaller and geared differently (weaker).

I think the rear is a 8.8 it looked like mine and he said he put 3:73's in. He had a 92 GT that was rusted out as a donner car so I would think he did the rearend.
