The add says the kit comes with head unit with bracket and belt, all intercooler piping, bypass valve, bigger injectors, maf, and 8psi pulley. Is any thing missing? What should I check for when going to look at this kit? I want a COMPLETE KIT and just want to make sure I have every last bolt! How hard is the install on these intercooled kits?

Only buy it if you can afford to send head unit off to get checked out and have the intercooler pressure tested by a radiator shop , last 2 used kits I have seen came with wrong year parts and missing small parts as well , 96-00 and 01-04 I think are different , and 1 had leaking intercooler

You will need to get a SVT Focus pump. If the Procharger is on a car make sure it runs smoothly with no vacuum/boost leaks, etc.

You will probably need little misc. stuff, i.e. vacuum hose, new clamps.

IDK the differences on Procharger, but if it was similar to a Vortech there are only a few difference (bracket and idler). I bought mine used (non intercooler) from a shop I use off a '01 Bullitt and pieced everything together. I spent maybe $3k tuned for it all, sold the old bracket, Bullitt discharge pipe, etc.

You'll also need a tuner. Some kits come with a pre-programmed tune. Or you can purchase a tuning system that will let you do your own tuning. And you'll need a high pressure oil feed line and an oil return hose unless it's a self contained head unit.
