See there is this thing called a "drag strip"... come one say it with me "drag strip" and at the "drag strip" there are a series of timing devises placed at specific distances. You take your car there and actually go as fast as you can between these timing devises and at the end the "drag strip" (come on and say it... its OK) employees will give you a slip of paper telling you how fast you went from point A to point B. This is the way real people, not bench riding internet racers see how well there car really does perform, not by using the SOTP meter.
