Fox 87-93 Cobra Questions

From 87-93 I thought 93 was the only year with the cobra mustang, but if it isnt whats the difference between the years? and which year was the best? was it 93? see come pix to differentiate and stuff like that!

93 was the only year for the SVT cobra. in the fox years prior there were cobra's. but it seems they were only available in canada, and it was just a decal package. there was no performance advantage until SVT took over in 1993.

93 was the only year for Fox based Cobras. The Cobra was like 240 HP I think. GT 40 heads, 1.7 roller rockers, different computer, different injectors, different MAF, disc brake rear end, 17" wheels, etc.

GT's had the 225 HP HO 5.0 as standard, and LX as an option.

Well there are cobras here ( Im in winnipeg manitoba canada ) but like u said i think it is just a decal package. I was just unsure, all i figured was that the 93 was the best (real cobra). There is a 87 cobra for sale, and when i first saw it i was like wtf, so now it makes sense, thax guys heh

I know that 93 was the cobra and cobra-r 's but I also have a dealer brochure from 1990 that has a model called the cobra gt. Its a regular gt, but it is clearly called a cobra gt.

'93 Cobra/Cobra R: 235 HP

'94/'95 GT: 215 HP
'94/'95 Cobra: 240 HP
'95 Cobra R: 300 HP
