It should work if the MAF is calc. for 19 lb/hr(stock) injectors.
But why would you want to go from a 70mm MAF to a 55mm MAF?
1.Stock 5.0L 58MM (89-93 Mustangs), 606 CFM
2.Stock 5.0L 70MM (94-95 GT/Cobra Mustangs), 815 CFM

With the C&L you will re-use your stock MAF electronics. C&L uses a diff. sample tube to fool the eec into thinking another amount of air is coming into the motor.
IMHO the C&L is the worst maf choice for the 94-95 mustang. It will work but you will have the greatest chance/odds of running into drivability issues.
If you want the best deal for running 24's look into running a 94-95 cobra eec. You can run your factory GT maf and direct plug and play with stock drivability. The stock maf is known to be good up to 290-300rwhp.
The plug will be the same on the Fox MAF. If it already has the electronics in the meter, use those. I believe the transfer function between the Fox and 94-95 MAF is different, so you'll want to keep the same electronics with the housing for the best compatibility. I'm gonna toss this one in tech, too.
I will be tuning a car this weekend after I install some 24s and a C&L 73mm with the A9L 24# tube.
To my knowledge you cannot install your 70mm electronics into a C&L setup for the 55mm electronics and expect it to work as intended with going into the coputer. The stock transfer between the Fox and SN95 MAF are different by a good amount.
