I wanted to see whether any of my old StangNet buddies are attending Foxtoberfest 2026 in the Charlotte/Concord area.

Mike, Larry, and I are planning to be there. It would be great to catch up with some familiar faces, so chime in if you’re going or even seriously considering it. This has always been a great time, and the people are amazing.

Here's the page to register and there's a group rate for the hotels. We usually crash at embassy suites.

I think it would be nice to get all Stangnetters together somehow. It could be as simple as meeting up to chat over a beer at the Brewery, which is usually on Thursday evening. Better might be doing our own little show in the Embassy Suites back parking lot, or perhaps in a little area at Mooresville Drag Strip. If we get enough interest, I can reach out to the Main Event Planner/owner, Jenn, to help us coordinate for a small parking area, out there.

I’m definitely down with meeting up with any StangNetters! I will be there as a spectator. Leaving the Stang home but have a rental car and staying at the Hyatt Place / Charlotte University Research Park on University Center Blvd.
This is my first time at Foxtoberfest.
