FR500 Steering Wheel w/Tan Interior?

Time to replace the grubby stock wheel; wondering how the FR500 would look w/the tan bits added.
And is the it black or that later model very dark greyish "almost" black?
Anyone got a picture?

I am in the process of installing one in my car with grey interior. I will post pics when I get back in town and also list the paint that I used to color change the areas of interest.

Please post some pics as I have the grey/black interior I would like to install that steering wheel but I'm unsure of how it would look.

On another note I have installed 01 cobra seats, and replaced my grey carpet with black carpet. So as soon as I get the seats reinstalled and the steering wheel reinstall I will post them up.

Is it possible to dye the steering wheel tan?

yes it is.. this is what alot of used car dealers do, and we have also done.

You have to buy SEM dye (spray can)\
and prep the surface well (clean and free of oil/grease/ect)

jr has that scheme- black wheel with a tan cover

i really dont think it would look that bad with the black/tan interior cause it would match to top of the dashboard

But is it the SAME black as our interiors....or is it that "off-black" like the post-98 cup holders?

It's the dark grayish type of color. It's not the dark black like the ones in our cars. I have Cobra floor mats and I had to dye them black b/c they looked wierd not being as dark as my other black stuff.
