Frayed belt again?

[SBC RACING]

I just replaced my belt about a month ago and it is frayed and torn again on a few spots (like the old one was). The damage is on the side of the belt that faces the rear of the car. This is the main accesory belt. (I have a supercharger) What can the problem be?

Without physically standing there, my first guess would be pulley misalignment...

How do you go about fixing pulley misalignment?

Believe it or not my belt did the same thing until I notice I had put my harmonic balancer on backwards. I felt like blind man at an orgy I was just feeling my way around but after LOOKING at it I noticed what I did wrong.

Do you mean you put your crank pulley on backwards? I think its physically impossibe to put your harmonic balancer on backwards.
