Not sure if this is the correct spot to post this or not. I have been lurking here for about 2 years but have never got around to posting.

I have a 2004 GT. 5 speed, Dark Shawdow Grey w/graphite leather. Upgrades are: 4.30 gears, Fenderwell cold air (no power but looks much better than stock) Hypertec III programer (it was free), Eibach Sportlines W/FRPP Caster camber plates.

I do have a question that I can't seem to find the answer to anywhere. What size are the injectors on 04's? They are pink and I cant seem to find Fords listings to them any where. I know the other colors but no idea here.

Btw: My best time was ran today with a 13.78 @ 98.04.

interesting why they would just randomly change them during a range of production like that

was there any specific reason?

Mine are orange.

Welcome to Stangnet, not a bad 1/4 mile time. Sounds like a nice car.

Yes and no

I don't have a good answer for that question. I agree Ford should have done it in 99.

The 21's do give you a little more room when it comes to modding. You can hold off and get most of the major bolt ons and not worry about the injectors maxing out

They seem to run just a little better that the 19 # cars do. Takes a full bolt on car to run with the few 04's around here. Car is about to get torn into pretty good here. Just bought a house so I got that out of the way and I can focus more time and money on the car. Next up is better tires and rear suspension. No need for more power till I get more traction.

Still I will take a 1.86 60 on stock suspension and horrible looking 17' bfg drag radails.

And yes, I have lurked around for about 2 years. I couldn't ever get my account to work right until the other day I guess I just clicked in the right place. This place is a great reference to see what others have done and what does no good. Keep up the good work and info everyone.
