OK I surrender. I've tried hot water, soap and silcone to get the stainless FRPP clutch and brake pedal covers installed and I still don't have them on. Got the brake on with soap and the the stupid thing slid off. I haven't even been drinking which makes it worse. So much for the installs in 5 minutes part.

The bullitt pedals? I just installed them on mine. The shape of the brake pedal in relation to the arm is too shallow and needs to be grinded on until its deeper so the new pad will fit. The shape of fox pedals is different too so I cut them just enough until they went on. My friend has a 2001 so I had him come over so I could look at his pedals and adjust mine as I went.

Ditto what larrendeuce said if you have the Bullitt covers. I cut my pedals with a hack saw so the covers would fit. Plus I used some 2 part epoxy on mine to make sure they did not come off. They are holding pretty well.

Good luck!
