I have heard many issues with people breaking the thing on curbs and stuff alll the time. Good luck with the choice, make sure to post pics here when your done!

WOW! Cobra R hood for 459 shipped! Anyone ever deal with this company? hows the quality and customer service?

"something like everyone elses"
there is usually a reason some people keep buying the same things- and thats because it looks good. there are kinda be plenty of people on here with the cobraR,cobra,saleen,steeda,mach1chinspoiler,and maybe even stalker bumper. do what you want man but different doesnt always mean better- somethings stick out for the wrong reasons.

Good point. There are alot of different combo's. Im going with a chin spoiler, Cobra R hood and 03 Cobra Sideskirts. All with deep dish 17'' Bullitts from wheelreplicas. If anyone has that combo, let me know :D There are ways to be creative while looking good.

I went with '03 Cobra parts.

I like it beacuse the bottom of the bumper is linear, not radius-ed (if thats even a word) upward like the GT bumper and earlier Cobra (although I really like the 99-01 Cobra bumper). The '03 bumper cover has an attached lower valance the makes the car look even lower to the ground

Cervinis cobra r and stalker hood. I was pretty disappointed with the quality of the stuff. If I had to do it again, I'd spend the cash and get the ford racing stuff...

i thought about a cobra r but im scared ill knock that lip off but i really like the one by steeda that has the stock gt front look to it

It's not my favorite. The lines of the bumper just don't aesthetically flow very well for me. Plus I don't really care for the GT foglamps, so for me that compounds the issue with the how they look on the Steeda bumper.

i dont think the height difference between the steeda lip and the cobra r lip are that much of a difference. i have the cobra R front from cervinis and im happy with the quality. i have hit the bumper about 10 times since septemeber on some driveways but no damage is visible. my only gripe is that being that it is so low- many little rocks on the highway kick up and knick the bumper causing small imperfections.

does coil overs help any? i have a the Black Widow Kit http://www.grounddesigns2000.com/ but boy do i smack the hell out the front bumper. im on my second bumper after running into a blown tire from a truck one night.. i just got it painted and picking it up this weekend.. i love the aggressive look of the car but hate doing the low rider maneuvers up curbs. would a set of coil overs help with out lifting the front to much? somebody suggested to go with 18" rims and harder setup on shocks and springs. but thats more permanent and would hate to high of a ride. any suggestions?
