Looking to do a disc brake conversion on a 1967 mustang 6 cylinder 4 lug 14" wheels. I have done some checking and it looks like I will have to go with a 5 lug option. The one I was looking at has Ford Kelsey Hayes caliper My question is can I use a 14" wheel or is there another option? It would seem that all after market 14" wheels would be made for disc brakes.

I did a similar conversion on a 66 and it went okay. I actually used a conversion strategy by Scarebird.com. They sell an inexpensive adapter plate ($85) and then list inexpensive current model components that are readily available to complete the project. I think I did my '66 for around $300 for all parts. They have a 14" version so you can use the original 14" rims OR a version that will fit a 14" or a 15" rim.
