So my steering is terrible and want to tighten it up. I have a 95 GT. I know I have bad tie rod ends because I can hear the tick from moving the steering wheel. What else should I replace while Im down there as preventative?

You can use a bump steer kit in place of new tie rod ends. They utilyze a heim joint along with a tapered stud that fits into the steering knuckle where your old tie-rods attached. You can also use a bolt through type in place of the tapered stud such as Maximum Motorsports bump-steer kit. This will require that you drill out the taper in the knuckle. I run this type on my car along whith a MM steering shaft. This set-up completely eliminated the slop in my car along with aluminum rack bushings and urethane everything else bushings. Good luck!
