Front End Question: '00 GT 'Vert

Greetings,
I own a '00 GT 'Vert.
I have noticed for a while that if I make a sharp turn (like in a parking lot) it feels like the front tires are flat when I make the turn. I have checked the tire pressure, and that is fine. I also did a tire rotation, but it still happens.

I do need some brake work. I think I need new rotors as they are the orginal ones. (55k)
But would needing new rotors cause the front tires to make that flat feeling during a sharp turn? Ball joint issues perhaps? My 'Stang has never been in an accident.........yet....... (Yes, I just cursed myself! )

What do you mean by "it feels like the tires are flat"?

So you mean there is vibration, poor handling, slop, mushiness...? What?

If you ever have a flat tire and when driving to a stop the road feels very bumpy, that what it feels like.

Feels like you're running over a lump in the road or something? I had that with mine.. it seems to have fixed itself over time. It was pretty bad, it felt like my wheel was snagging on something and rolling over it then letting go..weird.
