Front end squeak. Ball joints?

My front end has started to squeak. It does it when going over a speed bump, and also when you turn the wheels. My best guess is that its the ball joints (car has almost 90,000 miles). Anyone else have this problem? If it is the ball joints, does anyone have the steeda ones? Hows the quality of them and the install?

I've had a few of these come into my bay:
Get under there and turn your tie rods/tie rod ends. DO NOT loosten the jam nut, just move them back and forth. If they squeek, keep on moving them back and forth until it stops. Problem with this is that the lack of movement doesn't allow the grease to move around in there. Give it a shot, see what it does.
