Do you guys know of any front license plate brackets that will not require drilling on an 03 Cobra bumber? Like maybe it mounts to the support up under it or something like that? We get pulled over here for not having front plates and my buddy has a 03 Cobra bumper that has never had holes drilled for a plate and we don't want to drill any. It also has to be stout enough to not bend back and rub the paint.

Can you guys help us?

Here's one that may suit your needs. Mounts under the heat exchanger and even folds away when not needed.

Here's one made by HBH (Horsepower by Herman).

I just bought a braket from http://www.ccmustangbrackets.com/
He dosent have the 99-04 stang braket on his site but he can make one for you. Just call him or send him and email.

His braket is awsome! Very Easy to install and remove for car show.

Ill take some pics of my car/ with the braket and post it tomorrow.

Will it work on the 03/04 Cobra? You know there's a heat exchanger stuffed in there that the other SN95 Mustangs don't have to contend with.
