remove belt
remove fan shroud and fan 4 11mm bolts
Remove crank pully (4 bolts, size?)
Remove crank bolt bye installing socket with long breaker bar on the crank bolt
Bump starter to break bolt loose
Remove crank bolt with washer
Reinstall crank bolt on crank WITHOUT the washer
Use a puller to pull the Dampner off
Carefully pry out front crank seal with screwdriver or seal puller
clean seal surface
Install new seal using a seal installer
reinstall dampner on crank
Dab some silicon sealant on crank keyway and light coat on crank washer
Press the dampner all the way untill it stops using the crank bolt and washer in place until it bottoms out.
Give that bolt a couple of taps to snug
That crank bolt does not have to be too tight, just snug.
The rotation of the motor opposite of the thread pattern will keep the bolt from becoming loose.
Everything else in reverse order
Start motor, check for leaks
**Check with your local auto parts store to see if some of the speciall tools are available for rent

but if the seal removal goes south, be prepared to pull the timing cover to make it right. when i was in there, it looked like the metal on the seal might be better quality metal than that on the timing cover.
i would put the crank bolt back on to spec (~100 ft/lbs, IIRC).
good luck.
