Carpet is tired tooAny help as always much appreciated - The front seats are looking tired and drivers in particular is stained and the foam is tired. The driver's seat has electric lumbar support etc. where do I go to find replacement foam and upholstery? Or does it get to a point where a seat swap make more $sense. Back seats are fine and really want it to look stock if possible

I'd be tempted to remove the covers and toss them in the washing machine to try and get the stains out, or hit them with a Bissel spot vac if you have one. The downside to a full restoration is you might drop $2K on foam and upholstery and they don't look original. For that much money, you can invest in better seats too.
As for Carpet, ACC is really the only game in town. You can read up on the reviews with regards to fit of their carpets and decide if that's the way you want to go. Rockauto.com sells ACC carpet for cheaper than the Mustang parts sites.

That makes sense. I’m leaning toward trying to clean the stock covers first and maybe re-foam the driver seat only. Hard to justify dropping that kind of money if it still won’t look OEM in the end.
