Is there a big difference between the two spindles?I have 87-93 struts I want to put on,but I want to swap my 4 lug to a 5 lug 13"rotors. Can I modify it?thanks

The difference is how the brake mounts to it, how high it sits off of the a-arm, and in the relative location of the tie rod. Your strut will mount up fine.

wont you also have to get brackets or different calipers to get the caliper out that far?

Yes there is a big difference....but not where the strut mounts to the spindle.

87-93 Struts will work fine on the 94+ spindles. In fact, it's better to have the 87-93 struts on them than the 94+ struts.

So don't worry, put your struts on now and they will swap over fine when the time comes
