I run 245/45/17 on the front of my 90lx and if I crank the wheel they do rub. I have to ease into those 3 point turns. I would say 255 is getting a bit too big.

i think they will fit...i had some bald 275 40's on the front with minimal rubbing...and its lowered

i think i am buying that same size from somebody who has extra tires, so i hope it works, but i dont have much doubt

I've got 255/40's and they rub at full turn otherwise they are fine..

I had 255/45/17 on the front and they rubbed so much that they wore through some of the inner fenderwell plastic. I have 235/45/17s on there now and they dont rub at all and dont look much smaller than the 255s.

17x9. Probably didn't help that the wheels were so wide.

think some 225's would look ok on a 17x8 rim?
