Will the M-4602-G driveshaft fit with my AODE? I see that it says it will work with 79-95 5.0L T5/C4/AOD, the AOD is pretty much the same thing as the AODE right? Also, when I install it, should I use loctite on the bolts? *One more thing, will I need to torque the bolts down to a certain ft/lb, or just tighten the hell out of them?

I found this post and didnt want to make a new thread.

I have a question.

can i reuse my stock front yoke with the M-4602-G driveshaft?

a guy i know has a FRPP aluminum driveshaft for sale ($150 CAN) but he had a different yoke and u-joint for his combo. can i just reuse the stock aode yoke and put in a new u-joint?

i believe it will work with the aode they share the same body not any longer or shorter...right the electronic portion is on the side other than that they are identical i believe... i would like someone else to confirm this first...

as far as the u joint question i have no idea....i would image you would be able to but not sure

AODE/T5 driveshaft is the same so the FMS alum one will work on the AODE. i dont know about the yoke swaping tho

We had on when ours had a AOD-E case and it fit fine.
