Well today finaly i broke in new TKO500 and new clutch with 500 miles,so i decide to take it little bit over 60mph
And at 87mph whoe car start shaking , i tryed same thing in 3rd,4th and 5th ,same thing, so its not in rpms, its in MPH
When we installed new 31 spline joke for TKO500 i chacked U-joints ,and they were good and tight

So did anyone have this kinda problem with FRPP Aluminum driveshaft

BTW this driveshaft have less than 5k miles bought it 2 years ago
And i'm 100% sure its driveshaft that make vibrations (had experience before with stock driveshaft :D )

I had my alum. driveshaft out of my car a few times, I tried to be fragile with it but a few times it got bumped. It seems the car vibrates a lot more too. I think mine is toast also because i've bad problems with the e-brake cable snapping and theres a big groove in the center of the DS. Looks like enough to set it off balance. Sux! But I was always wondering about balancing with driveshafts. How would someone go about doing that if it were out of balance? I'm probably going to be looking for a new one when the money comes along.
