FRPP Headers not CA smog exempt

Dropped the car and my new FRPP shorty headers off and 15 minutes later get a call - the dealer won't install 'em cos they're not smog exempt in CA

He says the JBA ones are

I want to install jba shorties too.
I would like to know where you purchased them and how $$.
Are you going stainless or stainless with ceramic?
I have Bassini catbacks with x-pipe.What do you think
I'll gain with the jba's?
