FRPP X PIPE

I have a 06 GT with a C&L cai,BBK shorty headers and Flowmasters with a SCTX3 tunner.(tuned by Evolution Performance) Since then I added a FRPP X pipe. After I did this my car idles rough at stop lights and bogs down a little when accelerating. Is this because loss of back presure? Do I need to get my SCT retuned?

Check Engine Light on the dash.

No CEL and SCT didn't bring up any trouble codes.

Check your connection at the X pipe you may have a leak drawing in air to the exhaust may be causing your problem.
