Ahhh just a little frustrated that nothing is fitting on my fastback.

Engine can't get it set right so I can fabricate my motor mounts.

On the drivers side I will NEED an oil filter relocator, power booster fits BUT the master cylinder hits on the head, means I need a set up that angles the master cylinder away.

Passengers side is ok other than the header is kinda in the way of the chassis but won't knwo for sure till I can get a collector on it.

Transmission. Won't fit for caca.

Definatly will require tranny tunnel cutting.

Will need to relocate coil packs and power steering canister.

Hopefully once I get my rack&pinion in place it won't hit anything on the motor.

Then I need a way to route the cable for the clutch unless I go with a hydraulic set up but then there is no room because fo the booster.

I also still need to sets of 67' clutch pedals.

the things we do to me unique.

If anyone has any ideas or parts that will help me make this work let me know.

Ok well motor mounts are done.

I only need to cut half the tranny tunnel.

Master cylinder is still hitting

Have enough room for the oil relocator.

Pedals pedals PEDALS......

Angled Master cylinder.....

Yeah I was thinking the same thing.

Only a 552 with 8.0:1 compression to add a nice safe 10 psi of boost. There is no way I'm letting go of my 6 speed, nobody can convince me other wise.

Yeah don't worry Buzz one day you'll see me driving a big block car with the engine mentioned above.

The fox I think is getting blown if a deal goes through. I should know by today and have it on after I smog it. I can't see my self selling it anytime soon. It's great.

Fos, I assume your headers are shorty type? Cuz if you have long tube headers, it will probably get in the way with the rack & pinion assembly.

It's a front steer rach&pinion and more than likely yes I'm sticking with the shorties.

I may just have that engraved above my garage door. BTW, I'm a big fan of the Monkey tech from years back And Fostang, you really want to talk to Dave and also get on his newsletter called "The Vintage Mod" ... he covers this stuff a lot. Hats off to you, I balked on the modular upgrade myself since I had too much invested in the other direction. Though, the IRS swap from Dave is still on my wish list.

I'll second that, Dave is a great guy!

FOS, PM 67vert. He got that 4.6DOHC into his and used a latemodel booster. IIRC he relocated it and used custom pedals (like Circle-track racers).

He hasn't been on here since December

His website hasn't been touched either.

I wonder what happened.
