I have a set of fox lake ported canfield heads flow 290 in/230 exhaust. the springs are good for .600 lift. Good Shape. I am going with a full race setup.

I also have a pro products intake opened up to 75mm t/b and the upper and lower is ported 3/8 in spacer all bolts just needs a gasket!
