I can't get the fuel hose off of my tank! I've used the disconnecting tools (scissors like thing and the circle things) and neither work. One of the hoses came right off and the other I spent 15 minutes on and still couldn't get it off. Is there another way? Could I use a screwdriver and somehow get it off?

I also need to get my fuel lines disconnected up front to get my FMU off, but I can't get them off either...I thought this stuff was "quick disconnect"...

both lines to the tank should just have a clip that holds the lines to the sending unit then the lines should just pull off......there might still be pressure(dont know y) thats still holding it on if u havet take the c-clips off.

there are no clips, but there are holes where it looks like maybe clips were hmm...so they just pull right off? Maybe i'll just pull harder, I just don't want to break anything. I guess the clips are like the ones for the fuel filter...

the 2 hoses slide onto the fuel sending unit and theres a c-looking clip that goes through the hose after its on the sending unit..........u have to sqeeze one side with like needle nose plyers and use a flat head screw driver to pul it out the other side. then after the clip is out the hose should come right off (mine just fell off after i undid the little clips).

If your taslking about the hard fuel lines sometimes the o-rings are just dried up and take a lot of force to pull them off. Put the dissconnect tool on and pull, hard....
