Fuel In Intake Manifolds?

hello guys. i have an issue that is bothering me. A LOT. i decided to take off my intake manifold (holley systemax II) and i seem to have a fuel like smelly liquid. it looks brownish like oil but it smells life fuel. any ideas why it would be doing that. it keeps seeping through the gasket between the upper and lower manifold.

Possible leak from the fuel pressure regulator. Remove the vacuum line from the fuel pressure regulator and from the intake manifold. Inspect it for evidence of fuel in the vacuum line. Hint: blow through the line, if fuel comes out, the regulator is leaking.
