Fuel lines?

I had some trouble with my 98 GT starting so I replaced the fuel filter and I had it running fine for a while. Then the other day I was coming off the highway and it stalled. When i tried to start it nothing happened. I had about half a tank of gas but it seemed as if there wasnt any fuel getting to the engine. I pushed it a good distance and managed to get it started again about an hour later. I havent had any problems since then but it still makes me worry. Any thoughts on what it could be and what I should do to take care of it?

It happened again! I started the car up, then it stalled and wouldnt start after that. I had to put it in neutral and push it to turn it around and then it finally start. I thought i was on pretty level ground so I dont think that had anything to do with it. Please help me!

Your fuel pump could be going bad, or the inertia switch in the trunk that controls the fuel pump might be faulty.

Sounds like fuel pump to me.

Yea at this point I have narrowed it down to only the fuel pump. I know my inertia switch isnt acting up. Unfortunately I dont have the money to replace it right now so I am going to ride it out until it becomes a more common occurrance. Then I will have to bite the bullet and swap it out.
