Excuse me for the ignorance but I have a question.

I have a 302 w/ GT40P's, B303, rockers, Mass air and 24lb's.

1.) What should my fuel pressure be at?

and

2.) Is my fuel pressure supposed to drop(guage) after I shut the car off or is it supposed to stay where it's at on the guage?

Thanks in advance for any responses/advice.

It will eventually bleed down, and aftermarket AFPR's are much more likely to see a quick bleed down.
There's no reason to keep the fuel lines pressurized once the car is shut off. When you go to restart, the prime quickly repressurizes things.

Good luck.
