Fuel pressure relay question

I am new to this site so sorry if I am on the wrong board. My neighbors kid has a 1993 Ford Mustang Gt that I am trying to help him get running...The car stalled the other day and hasnt run since. I have owned a number of 1987,88,89 mustangs threw the years and always remember the fuel pump hum when the car is first started. His car did as well but doesnt now. Right away I figured Fuel pump. But before we go threw that whole ordeal I want to make sure its not a relay. There are two relays under the mass air flow attached to the strut tower. One clicks when he turns the key and the other doesnt. How can I tell which relay is which? can anybody tell me the colors of the wires coming out of the bottom of the fuel pump relay. Also can anyone tell me where the fusable link might be located so I can check that too.

I have an 87 so my fuel pump relay is under the drivers seat. Someone else will come a long shortly and answer your question.

check the inertia switch in the trunk

make sure its plugged in all the way. clean if you have to as well...... try moving it around while someone cycles the key on and off looking for the "hum"

The relay with the black and yellow stripe wire is the A/C cut off relay.
