fuel pressure rugulater

It is really not that hard. Pull the top of the intake off and lift the fuel rails of the injectors. If I remember right there is 2 or 3 bolts that hold it on. Pop it off and put it back on and put it all back together.

He summed it up pretty good. I wish I had done that when I swapped intakes. It's one of those things that you might as well do when you have your engine torn down to the valley. That and a new thermostat.

Uh...i didnt do any of that...i just swapped em out without removing the intake. It was a little tricky to get those small allen bolts started in the regulator bracket but once i had that done it was smooth sailing...all in all a fairly simple and straight forward install. To give u an idea on time requirements, i did the AFPR and a new 255 lph fuel pump in about four hours. no special tools required. good luck

Oh yea one more thing. Get a fuel pressure guage and hook that bad boy up to the end of the rail. This guage will help you get the car tuned to the right pressure....without it your takin a shot in the dark at the proper fuel pressure. 38-40psi should be fine.
